Jason E. Smith

President & Founder

Jason was born and raised in a storybook family in the Midwest. “Go to school, get good grades and get a good job” was the mantra that was taught to him from a young age. He received a five year engineering degree in three years, began working for General Electric at age twenty two and had his Master’s Degree in International Business Administration at twenty four. He took three promotions within his first four years at GE but always knew there was something more out there. At twenty five he read the purple book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and immediately demoted himself back to the bottom of GE so he could mind his own business.

In 2005 he purchased his first rental property and purchased several more in the next few years. The 2008 GFC was a realization of how important it is to be aware of market cycles and the direct impact those cycles have on real estate. Luckily Jason wasn’t over extended and was able to make it through his first market cycle correction. For many years he refused to take money outside of direct family members just out of fear of losing other peoples money. Now with over ten years of first hand experience, market cycle knowledge, confirmation from other syndicators he is ready to help others grow their wealth.

Christie Smith

Christie has over 16 years of financial experience. She has devoted her life to the “people helping people” philosophy which made working for credit unions a perfect fit. Christie has worked in various areas of credit unions to include Accounting, Loan Processing, Collection Manager and Human Resources/ Training Manager for a up and rising credit union. Christie is most fulfilled when helping people grow professionally. Her vision and ability to nurture relationships and balance sheets lead to long term solutions and success.

Darrell “Wade” Vernon

Investor Relations

Wade took an unusual plan in life to get him to where he is at. After graduating from High School he began working for a local grocery store and became the Manager of the Meat Department. While working at the grocery store he began working on his Associate’s Degree. After three years at the grocery store Wade was offered an opportunity to work for a major manufacturing company. Wade began to work up the ranks very quickly for the manufacturing company and now is the Lead Buyer and a Master Scheduler. He is now working on his Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management.

Wade is a very passionate person and has never met a stranger. This makes Wade a perfect fit for investor relations, his ability to communicate with people makes him an asset to our team.
